At PrepareForGreece, we want you to be fully satisfied with your travel essentials. If your items aren't a perfect fit for your Mediterranean adventure, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
